Application

California Ecology and Conservation (CEC)  is open to ALL University of California undergraduates.

To be eligible:

  1. Be enrolled at a UC campus in good standing 
  2. Have a minimum 2.5 GPA
  3. Passed an introductory ecology or biology course prior to applying

Note: International students who are seeking a degree at the University of California are welcome to apply, but unfortunately international short-term students (one year or less) are not eligible.


New Two-Step Application Process:

Step 1: Apply to the CEC program by completing the form linked below. Selected students will be invited to enroll.

Step 2: Invitation to enroll via UC EAP enrollment portal

If approved, you’ll be invited to complete the enrollment process through the UC Education Abroad program (UC EAP).

Although CEC is a domestic program, UC EAP administers the application process for UC Nature California Ecology and Conservation.
